# FOGNET Token(FOG) FOGNET Token (FOG) is the main currency of the FOGNET platform and is the basic payment method. FOGNET Token (FOG), a utility token in the FOGNET platform ecosystem, uses the standard token specification ERC-20 standard set by the Ethereum blockchain network, taking into account the stability and scalability of transactions. FOG is the key currency of the FOGNET Platform and is used as a means of payment for fees incurred when issuing Empire NFT and for purchasing Empire NFT. In addition, it becomes a medium when using FOGNET Platform's De-Fi service and is used as an incentive for swap investment and staking with Empire NFT. More information on FOG Token can be found in the 'Token Plan' section. ## • Token Distribution FOG will be distributed as planned: 5% for initial project funding, seed and manpower, platform and token development costs; 30% for creating the ecosystem, maintaining the platform and its development and system advancement; 15% for ecosystem and platform activation; 5% for ecosystem and platform activation partners; 5% for the team and Equity investment; 5% for the governance token (Empire NFT) and swapping investment pool; and 35% for the marketing tokens, initial platform boosting, exchange listing and company possessing as well as to prevent risks.

## • Budget Operation Plan The budget will be distributed as follows: 30% for R\&D such as research and development personnel, service and business model advancement, and DApp development; 25% for service personnel for the operation ecosystem, and office management; 30% for marketing costs for online and offline advertisement, 10% for advisory, partners and team for platform structuring; and 5% for legal advice and accounting costs that fits to each country where tokens can be traded.
